Welcome to Renude Skin. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services from Renude Skin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

Renude Skin provides medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva), dermal fillers, PRP therapy, skin boosters, lipolysis, microneedling, and vitamin injections. All services are performed by licensed Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Medical Consultation and Consent

All clients must complete a comprehensive medical history form and consultation prior to treatment
You must disclose all relevant medical information, medications, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments
Treatment may be refused if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe
You will be required to provide informed consent before any procedure
Results may vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Renude operates on an appointment basis only
Appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or by contacting our clinic directly
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
Prices are subject to change without notice
All sales are final; refunds are not provided for completed treatments

7. Contraindications and Risks

You acknowledge that all aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, allergic reactions, and asymmetry
You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our medical professionals
You will notify us immediately of any adverse reactions or complications
Emergency medical care is your responsibility if complications occur outside of clinic hours

8. Photography and Marketing

We may request to take before and after photographs for medical records and marketing purposes
You have the right to decline photography or limit its use
Any images used for marketing will be done with your express written consent
You may withdraw consent for the use of your images at any time

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Renude Skin website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Renude Skin Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Renude Skin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatments or use of our website
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
You assume all risks associated with aesthetic treatments despite our professional care and expertise

11. Third-Party Products

We use Health Canada-approved products from reputable manufacturers. However, we are not liable for any defects, allergic reactions, or adverse effects caused by third-party products beyond our reasonable control.

12. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your medical information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. You agree that treatment details and medical records are confidential and may only be shared with your consent or as required by law.

13. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with website functionality
We are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors on our website

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
